Mario is 25cm tall, Luigi 30cm, Peach 31cm and Bowser 20cm tall and 15cm at its widest point if the hook size is 2.5mm (US). You can use the same pattern to make smaller or larger amigurumis using finer or thicker yarn. I used mostly 100% mercerized cotton thread from the Symphony brand.
