By subscribing to any level (Newsletter, Community, or VIP), you gain access to the specific benefits detailed on our pricing page.
Community benefits include early access to videos, live design sessions, a quarterly surprise pattern, and a permanent 10% discount in our shop.
VIP benefits include everything in Community plus exclusive monthly PDF patterns, “Crochet Coffee” group meetings, a permanent 30% discount, and priority orientation.
Access to digital content and private sessions is strictly contingent upon maintaining an active and paid subscription.
2. Payments and Renewals
All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You have the freedom to enable or disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings.
If automatic renewal is disabled, it is the member’s responsibility to complete the payment manually before the expiration date to avoid losing access to benefits.
3. Plan Changes (Upgrades)
You may upgrade from the Community plan to the VIP plan at any time to unlock additional benefits immediately.
Please note that our system does not issue refunds or credits for the remaining days of your current cycle when making a plan change. Your new billing cycle will begin at the moment of the upgrade.
4. No-Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Nature: Due to the immediate access to downloadable PDF patterns and exclusive content, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your tier’s benefits until the end of your current paid period.
Plan Downgrades: If you choose to move from VIP to Community, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the current month.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All PDF patterns and videos provided are for personal and non-commercial use only.
Sharing, reselling, or distributing GretaWings digital files, as well as sharing links to our private meetings, is strictly prohibited.
